Alexander Marcus Rhodes is the younger brother of Ryan Michael Rhodes but essentially a genetic twin. He does not bear the genetic augmentation of the Lisbon Project but is affiliated with the Illuminant Group's efforts to perfect the human genome.
Politically very influential in the European Union, he has previously been appointed former German Chancellor Hadler's Finance Minister and served a year as the President of Rhodes Financial-Royal Scotland Bank. Married to the heiress of the de la Sarcienne fortune of the Patagonian Fiefdoms, Rhodes was instrumental in placing former Chairman of Yoonjin-Rhodes-SK Telecommunications, Jung Ki-Nuk as the new Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations.
