Psych. Eval. 2750.1.12- Lieutenant Aluksander Thane Fairmount, UNSF, Persephone, Dr. Lloyd attending.
Lt. Fairmount seems well adjusted to Persephone life. Although he has finished his initial tour, he has signed on to stay indefinitely. Seems to be very content with life in the colony.
Has established a romantic relationship with a subordinate, however feelings appear to be mutual so no issues have arisen there.
Seems to have some lingering hostility for the Persephone Police department. Also appears to have an utter lack of respect for their authority and/or jurisdiction.
Still suffers from grandiose expectations of himself. Seems determined to achieve some form of heroic stature in the eyes of the populous. Probably stems from a lack of positive attention from his family.
In regards to his family, he has apparently been disowned and written out of the family will due to his determination to join the military. While he professes indifference to the situation, suspect this actually causes a great deal of pain to him, whether he admits it to himself or not. Probably also has a great deal to do with his desire to overachieve and seek recognition.
Tends to show an overly bravado facade in dangerous situations. Lacks self-control, and could be a risk in critical situations due to his lack of tact and his refusal to act in his own best interest.
Fit for service, fit for command, but should be limited to non-combat command and non-critical situations until further work can be done on his sense of bravado.
