Andromaeu Hadley has been through several psych evaluations, including one from the Leipzig police, one before being accepted into the military, and one every year since then.
She has a deep-seated animosity towards her parents for ignoring her in favour of her siblings, and has expressed resentment towards them for "strong-arming" her into accepting the option to enter the military.
Her siblings, however, appear to be a support network for her, and may have raised her more than her parents did; as Andromaeu is the only one to have gotten into trouble with law enforcement, there is not enough information on her family and home life to base any suspicions of abuse on. She does not make this easier, as she refuses to talk about her home life at all.
Her latest psych evaluation also saw her admitting that she is not quite as happy about entering the military as she might appear, saying that she would probably have chosen the same option anyways, but "being forced into it takes some of the fun out of it."
She also admits that she prefers to appear bubbly and optimistic, rather than complain more than is needed, since she feels that complaining all the time would ruin the morale of people around her.
