1. Handguns
- Birmingham Small Arms Company MDR-331 "Peacemaker": standard sidearm of the United Nations Security Force, the Peacemaker was built for high reliability above all else. While superbly durable in most environments, the polymer it is constructed from has an unfortunate habit of degrading when exposed to a sulfuric atmosphere over a period of several months. The Peacemaker is semi-automatic and fires from a standard magazine of fourteen rounds.
- YangTec PD3: the main weapon of the Persephone Colonial Police. Although about the same size as its military counterpart, the PD3 has to fill more roles and therefore fires a heavier bullet intended to be capable of piercing most common body armour. It, too, is semi-automatic, and its magazine holds up to ten rounds.
- RESSAN A15-P: originally designed for use by Russian military police, the RESSAN A15 had been modified in countless variations to suit various clients. The A15-P is designed with Persephone's environmental hazards in mind and utilizes a polymer resistant to the sulfuric atmosphere. It is a semi-automatic, with a proprietary magazine of five double slugs or ten single piercing rounds. It can also be outfitted with 150-nail rapid-fire clips. The A15-P is standard issue for Persephone Corporate Security forces.
2. Spacecraft
- SF-114 Roma: the primary air and space fighter of the United Nations Security Force. Built under contract to the European Union military, the Roma was prototyped as an affordable way to expand European influence in space. However, the prototype was considered entirely unsatisfactory and shelved, only to be dusted off again when the United Nations found itself outfitting a military force on a shoestring budget. The Roma is underarmed, underpowered, and ungainly even by Earth standards, to say nothing of alien ones, but it is cheap, rugged for a spacecraft, and relatively reliable. A Roma is propelled by two notoriously sturdy engines and boasts two 1500mm cannons as its primary weapons, as well as an assortment of secondary arms.
