Most of Zhou's history is unclear to officials and to anyone not native to Mexico. Officially, there is little to account he exists, save his long, but vindicating criminal record. Ask most Mexican officials about the Quiñones-Zhou's and you'll hear about would-be vigilante's who are really just covering up banditry. Ask most Mexo-American lower class or farmers, and you'll hear a story about virtuous men of the working class who are looking to stamp out corruption, excess, and evil.

His name appears nowhere on any official registry of Earth emigrants or Persephone immigrants, and no ship has him on record as being a passenger. He arrived on a UN transport from Earth on July 5, 2748, though he smuggled himself through some means as he was not on the registry and with his troubled history, would probably have not met the most basic screening.

IC History

On October 26, 2748, Zhou was involved in an incident with the United Nations Security Force after an unrelated altercation between two aliens. Official reports vary, as does the gossip, but what everyone agrees on is that Zhou, along with Ryan Rhodes, assaulted and incapacitated two UNSF soldiers and were met with a hail of bullets in kind. Zhou lost his left arm and right leg, which have since been replaced with prosthesis. Details from officials on Zhou's release are unclear.

Relationships

  • Ryan Rhodes: They both drink, fight, and shoot authority types. They both decided to take on the UNSF once. Didn't work out well.
  • Jean Valliere: He really hates this guy. Probably mutual.
  • Borden: Not hate, more pity and annoyance.
