A Preface
Ryan Michael Rhodes has an exhaustive criminal record and has an extensive, intimate experience with incarceration. He is intelligent, however, to cover his tracks from several high profile hired killings and tends to get caught with inane criminal activities such as drunk and disorderly conduct or criminal battery. His connections with the Russian mob and his inexplicable connections to the Russian Consulate on Persephone make it difficult to impossible to retain him for more than a few weeks.
Without resorting to extreme violence and brutality, Mr. Rhodes is a problematic inmate who will resist his arrest and incarceration in any means necessary. He is often released quite readily by the Colonial Police at the request of the Russian Embassy on Persephone, less as a favor to the Russian Embassy and more to pass the responsibility of controlling someone as physically dangerous as Mr. Rhodes to another entity. Invariably, however, he lands in colonial jail.
