European Union Dossier

Ryan Michael Rhodes

The elder son and former heir to the Yoonjin-Rhodes fortune, Ryan Michael Rhodes is a third generation Lisbon Project genetic augment under the supervision of the Army of the European Union and the Yoonjin-Rhodes Corporation. He exhibits increased strength, combat instinct, willpower, and physical fortitude as a second generation shock trooper in order to meet the challenges posed by the Tomsk Project under the directives of Russian intelligence and the RESSAN Group. The Lisbon Project has been since liquidated and converted to the Brussels Project, but the Yoonjin-Rhodes contract provides for the continued survival of family members subject to genetic augmentation.

Rhodes is an exceptional hand-to-hand specialist and a decorated veteran who served in the Army of the European Union during the Mars Industrial Riots. Nonetheless, his mental instability and frequent interaction with Russian agents result in a very compromising position for the European Union.

Subject failed multiple psychological stability tests like many of the third generation Lisbon Project subjects during the Mars Simulation and was sent to the Irkutsk Military Prison through an extradition treaty due to documentation error and was only retrieved a year later after RESSAN agents had ample opportunity to examine the scope of the Lisbon Project, marking a major leak in European Union genetic projects. His continued relationship with Natalie Ressanova, a RESSAN Group heir, career diplomat, and suspected Russian intelligence officer makes it important to continue observations of the subject.

Despite being stripped of his birthright in the Yoonjin-Rhodes Corporation, he is considered to have more than ample resources to survive and evade authority. Of particular concern is repressed memories regarding the Mars Industrial Riots and the role the European Union had in what is called the Mars Simulation. If those memories properly resurface and get leaked to Russian authorities, the results would be incredibly explosive and may cause significant deterioration of diplomatic relations between the European Union and Russia.
